Bongo IV Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency, has cultural diversity and local resources that can be developed to support inclusive and sustainable village development. The community consists of Gorontalo, Balinese, and Javanese groups who live together through social activities and village programs. This activity aimed to describe the multicultural condition of the community, identify local potential, and examine opportunities for its development in supporting Bongo IV Village. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through field observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review during the Kuliah Kerja Dakwah (KKD) program. Observations covered seven hamlets and focused on social conditions, agriculture, plantations, MSMEs, and the environment. The findings indicate that mutual cooperation, community deliberation, religious activities, and citizen participation strengthen social capital. Economic potential includes corn, coconut, banana, cocoa, palm, palm sugar, traditional coconut oil, and opportunities for MSME development. Enting-enting or haluwa can be developed as a business opportunity, although it is not yet produced routinely. Further development requires improved skills, product innovation, packaging, marketing, digital technology utilization, and environmental sustainability.
