Моделирование процессов в какао-промышленности

The paper looks at the application of CIM technologies in a cocoa manufacturing process. A reference model of CIM for cocoa manufacturing process was proposed. This is made up of a conceptual model, a control model, data integration model and a process model. The process model is based on the functional modeling method of IDEF0 and include functional models for the various sub processes such as postharvest processing, manufacturing semi-finished cocoa products (cocoa butter and powder) and chocolate and instant cocoa powder manufacturing. A cocoa drying system model was also proposed for the modeling of cocoa drying system. These will serve as a reference for the design of new process and can be used as a basis for business process reengineering. It will also serve as a support for planning, scheduling and management of the cocoa manufacturing process.
