Determinación de la adopción de genotipos de Cacao y sus componentes tecnológicos generados por INIAP, en zonas cacaoteras representativas de Manabí

Since its inception, has been generating INIAP technologies to help increase national agricultural productivity. The National INIAP Cocoa-based Pichilingue Tropical Experiment Station is responsible for the generation of technologies to promote ecological sustainability, economic stability and competitiveness of agricultural production systems based on cocoa. This study was conducted in the province of Manabf, with farmers from Fort Valley Corporation, which works with national cocoa organic fine aroma. We determined the adoption of the materials generated by INIAP cocoa, and cocoa segregation identified in the area, as well as the adoption of the technology generated recommendations for the management of a cocoa plantation.
